What counts as an "Active Client"
A client is considered active if they have completed at least 1 session in the last 30 days, have a scheduled session, or have an active invoice.
Are there limits on the number of sessions?
No! You can conduct unlimited sessions with your active clients. Pricing is based on the number of active clients, not the number of sessions you have with them.
What if I go over 5 active clients?
Once you exceed 5 active clients in a month, you'll automatically move to scaler pricing. You'll pay the $59 base for the first 5 clients, then $5 for each additional active client.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
