What counts as an "active client"?
A client is active if they've completed at least one session in the last 30 days, have a session scheduled, or have an outstanding invoice. Clients who are between engagements don't count — you only pay for the clients you're actively serving.
Are there limits on sessions?
None. Coach as much as you want — pricing is based on active clients, not the number of sessions you hold with them.
What happens if I go over 5 active clients?
You'll automatically move into scaler pricing. You pay $59 for your first 5 clients, then just $5 for each additional one. No action needed on your end — it all happens seamlessly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel any time with no fees or penalties. You'll keep full access through the end of your current billing period.
